Summary & Job Description

You will be responsible to manage, plan, execute marketing campaign focused on activation & retention to drive the business growth for the external client & internal house of brands along with a small cross-functional team.

  • Create delightful customer experience by developing customer communication journeys for new customers/existing customer engagement and customer upsell opportunities for external clients & internal brands.
  • Daily planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing activation & retention campaigns to drive business growth.
  • Implement customer communication through various channels such as email, sales channel banners, and Messaging apps using our marketing CRM system.
  • Work closely with the product & brand team to craft sharp in-app product copies for new and existing features.
  • Oversee & take ownership of customer metrics from activation to retention.

Job Requirement

  • Minimum 2 years experience in related roles & e-commerce industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Experience in lifecycle channels on emails & messaging apps. Klaviyo, WhatsApp marketing is a plus.
  • Self-starter, ability to work and thrive within a fast-paced, culturally diverse, and evolving environment.
  • Knowledge of lifecycle marketing, traffic funnel, and ability to develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies.
  • A deep understanding of the e-commerce and/or consumer brand industries, including industry trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscape.

Summary & Job Description

At STARTLab, our goal is to treat every project as our own business to grow it relentlessly. Hence, you will be working together with a cross-functional team to handle both clients & internal projects to drive growth towards the business, be it for the client & internal project.

  • Planning, managing & executing marketing campaigns, traffic funnels & other digital marketing channels for external clients & internal brands.
  • Daily planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing paid social campaigns, SEM, and display campaigns. Take ownership of the cost and conversion optimization.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize campaign data, and make improvements to achieve campaign/business goals (Revenue, KPI & ROI).
  • Work closely with internal/external stakeholders and drive the integration of plans to improve overall results.
  • Manage day-to-day activities associated with all marketing efforts, including project management, creative development, campaign tracking, and reporting as necessary.

Job Requirement

  • Minimum 2 years experience in related roles in marketing agency or e-commerce industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Experience in acquisition channels on Meta, Google & TikTok platforms.
  • Self-starter, ability to work and thrive within a fast-paced, culturally diverse, and evolving environment.
